Indian Motorcycles asked Brandmovers to develop a program to develop affinity and ongoing engagement with their consumers, most of whom would make a one-time purchase only, and develop a more in-depth understanding of their members and connect local chapters into a global community.
How it Works
The platform provides tangible and desirable benefits that give riders incentive to renew IMRG membership through a mutually rewarding relationship incorporating local chapters, dealers, officers and other IMRC members.
A live campaign, the client is extremely pleased with the increase in renewals, and in particular the strides we have made towards recruiting older demographics. We continue to roll out new initiatives to further build on the launch successes.
