March 2010 News - Alice Creed Premiere Promotion
March 24th, 2010We recently developed a Facebook Application prize draw for the upcoming movie 'The Disappearance of Alice Creed' which received a Digital Innovation Award from the UK Film Council.
The Alice Creed Movie Facebook Application is a fun, interactive and competitive application celebrating and promoting the upcoming, thrilling movie.
The aim of the application is to offer users the chance to enter a prize draw, giving their local cinema the chance to host the UK premiere of ‘The Disappearance of Alice Creed’.
The local cinema with the most votes will be announced as the winner, and the movie premier will take place there. On installation, users have the chance to nominate the local cinema that they are supporting.
Users can obtain ‘activity’ points by sharing and posting essential aspects of their interaction with the application such as their cinema rankings, user rankings and any activity milestones they have achieved.
Other special features include the ability to collect tangible clues, unlock special content from the film and compile a wishlist of clues they’d like to unlock.
Users can also invite friends to help increase their local cinema support and can appeal with friends to ‘vote’ for their local cinema.

February 2010 News - Remix 60 iPhone Application
February 18th, 2010Recently we created an iPhone party application called ‘Remix 60’ which allows you to make a 1 hour mix of your favourite 60 songs.
This effective application saves the hassle of music preparation as 60 songs are cut perfectly to a minute each.
The user simply chooses their playlist and can then get into the party mode with 60 tunes that are practically transformed into 1-minute intervals (perfect for a range of party or drinking games).
Users can control the application as they please with the Remix 60 countdown clock, which allows users to start, pause and stop the application according to their requirements.

January 2010 News: Local People Facebook Applications
January 1st, 2010Local People is a network of 47 community-based websites created by Northcliffe Media who are one of the UK's leading local multimedia and publishing companies.
The community websites have been created for people to discuss issues affecting their area. It helps users find and connect with people who share their interests, find jobs and property, discover regional businesses and view local news stories.
To help raise awareness of this new local phenomenon, Brandmovers created 12 Facebook quizzes to test residents on their local knowledge of events, history, landmarks, well known people and current issues.
We’ve had a positive response in relation to the quiz and it’s provided a fantastic viral effect as a great deal of people’s Facebook friends are based in the same area.
As the Local People website is continually expanding we will be creating more quizzes in the near future.

December News: Wrigley's Loyalty Platform
December 22nd, 2009Brandmovers recently produced a loyalty platform website called ‘The 3pm Snackdown Challenge’ for Wrigley’s, the world-renowned producer of chewing gum and similar confectionery products.
The aim of the website is to encourage healthy eating by encouraging people to chew Wrigley’s gum rather than rely on snacks at or after 3pm, thus ‘Pick up a pack, put down that snack’.
Users can redeem codes for cash increments of $5, $10, $50 and $100. This cash can then be redeemed for thousands of health and fitness conscience prizes such as cook books, fitness games, fitness DVD’s and sports equipment.

November News: Arby’s Reward Incentive Scheme
November 25th, 2009The Arby's Market Fresh Rewards is a loyalty program for a well-known American business catering service.
The scheme uses our own Brandmovers reward platform to allow registered participants to redeem points for every purchase made at www.arbyscatering.com
